I've skipped ahead.
It starts to build near the 3 minute mark.
Strings.

The production's bearing the burden of this one.

It is over.
That is an album that I feel was betrayed by its own production. It's the worst excesses of the 1980s recording studio run rampant.
Now to look back at the thread and see what everyone else made of it.

It's over.
As with so many albums it tailed off during the second half, but it was still quite good.
I think FGTH were quite a unique and uniquely British band - very underrated really.
Liverpool has always been the most radical, left-wing of English cities and the band were always true to the message that underlay all the production and '80s fluff.

I think it needs more listening to decide if I like certain tracks or not.
I won't. I know I won't.
I think I preferred it more than the last time I listened to it.
It's better than disc 2 of Welcome to the Pleasure Dome, but not as good as disc 1.
