Jim Keltner isn't on this album.
I take it for granted that Jim Keltner is on an album.

That is genuinely the first time that's ever occurred to me.
I thought you likeFairPlay AwardsFairport Convention?
They were better after Sandy b*ggered off.

This is definitely influenced by the Jimi Hendrix Experience.

I've not heard Ten Man Mop, or Mr. Reservoir Butler Rides Again (1971), but SS stuff from before 71 wasn't like this. Only the later stuff was.
My memory may cheat.

All the folk bands were using this weird chiming guitar/mandola-ery thing at this time.

Did British Folk albums sound like this before Psychedelia or is it a purely post-Psychedelia sound?

This is quite a lot like FC's Sloth.
Which is not bad.

Post. Very post.
This was cutting edge sonic experimentation at the time.

The folk scene predated psych' and was notoriously militant and die-hard.
Bands like Trees and Fairport and Steeleye and ISB wouldn't have really happened without that scene.
I'd say that the '65-'67 "Summer of Love" scene changed things a lot.
This band are using electric instruments F*S.
