El Camino - The Black Keys, 2011.
How on Earth is this album 9 years old? It feels like it was only released last week.
Anyway, I've picked this as it is, in my opinion, as perfect a slab of instant and undemanding Pop as there could be, with any of its 11 songs being tracks that could have been released as singles. It is an album that owes a huge debt to the days when the likes of Chinn and Chapman ruled the airwaves.

Regardless of the index, I'd like to commence at 7pm Wed, or is that too early for you sophisticated urban types?

Apologies for the confusion. I have been drinking more than usual this last week. Night off tomorrow.
