I was going to have toast. However I’ve turned the thermostat in my fridge freezer to max, and the sliced bread is one block, and it is so cold that it now hurts to place your hand on anything that’s been inside the freezer. All I’ve got is burst blood vessels on my hand, anywhere that’s made contact with it.

For the past three days, I've been putting tomatoes in my sandwiches, for the first time in several years.

I've quickly come to remember why I stopped putting tomatoes in my sandwiches.

The moment they hit my stomach, my stomach acts like pixies are dancing inside it, wearing lead boots. bawl

Tomatoes contain fructose and some people have fructose malabsorption or fructose intolerance.

It's possible to have an intolerance to tomatoes, which would make tomatoes hard for your body to digest.
