It usually seems to include the actual inner ring road as part of the clean air zone, which seems odd.

On my jaunt past Sheffield earlier I noticed a huge new warehouse/factory frame springing up near to the Meadowhall dome thingy by the M1. I wonder what that is.

Just after noticing this I overtook a taxi that had come all the way from Luton according to the taxi licence thing underneath the number plate.
