Hannah Arendt or Eva Braun?
Re: Xmal Deutschland - Tocsin (1984)
Yeah, whilst never embarrassing or outright cr*p, it was nonetheless really really boring.
I don't think there was a single chord or key change that pr*cked the attention throughout.
Just a plod through a grey smear of goth-by-numbers.
The ultimate truth, in hindsight, is that although they were active at a time in my youth when, as s*xy Kraut-goth-gals, they should'f swept all before them, the music was so uninspiring that couldn't inspire much inspiration.
Not enough aspiration, junge damen.

You know I really can't get over how boring this album was, nothing with a Siouxsie Banshee vocal ticks over the top.
But my point was I've been meaning to check them out for decades now. There's only Clan ofXYZZY Gary Gygax Xymox to do for the Goth groups.
And The Sisters of Mercy.

We did do a Crispy Ambulance on the old forum didn't we? And a All About Eve one?
The Mission can do one though.
