They do say that the flu will be bad this year.

I wonder should I wait till I'm in England next week, where I can get a walk-in flu jab at a pharmacy for free, or pay for one now in Scotland, for £17.

I arranged a flu jab for next week. But in an ironic twist, I'm ill with something that might be flu, or covid. I stupidly left all my covid tests in my storage unit in Scotland so I can't check.

I had an oatcake and a bowl of soup, and some dry toast and Marmite. I don't feel any worse but I don't feel better either.

I've got that sort of post-cold sore throat where it just feels horrible rather than sore.

I had a proper breakfast today, but now I feel dizzy. Will I make it into town for my covid jab?
