It's the Bassetts factory because Bassetts is now owned by Cadbury's.

I didn't realise there was a Bassetts factory in Sheffield. I know of the Rowntrees/Nestle connection with York, but that's a bit further up the road.

I meant to mention the splendid giant cranes on the edge of Sheffield that were all lit up in Christmas lights when I zoomed past on the M1 a couple of weeks ago. One included lights in the shape of a Christmas tree and the other a star. happy

Sheffield and Birmingham are interesting in that you can get a good look at them just by zooming past on the motorway. A lot of places, like Stafford, feature on the road signs for 3 or 4 junctions but just lurk menacingly on the other side of hills or cuttings so you never see them.
