It's a song about his experience of not being able to explain the plot of Lifehouse to Keith Moon.
I always quite liked it when Leonard Cohen would say he couldn't remember what a song was about.

I'm not sure to make of the production.
It's quite bouncy and clean and sophisticated, but I think that it all sounds a bit too frantic and jumpy.
