It varied between 2-45 Mbps. Mostly, it was around 8 Mbps.

As far as I'm aware, all their deals are SIM only, PAYG and Free SIM at the same time.

Just make sure its a Voice Plan if you want to make phone calls with it. They also have Data Only plans for those who just wish to surf the net and not make calls.
