I believe something has turned up! Now sitting in the decontamination area, awaiting clearance.

I bought a litre of gin in the Tesco Express at 7.10am.
Of course I didn't drink it then. It's for later.

And I won't be drinking all of it today.

You know that melancholy feeling when you've run out of gin, and time to watch Superstore, but you've still got 5 minutes before bedtime?
So you're sad about the gin and the comedy, but pleased that you have a few minutes to spare.
It's bittersweet melancholy.

Mine's booked for 12:50pm.
That's too early for me on a Sunday.

Mine's at 8.50am!
I have to get up at 5.20. Which is 2 hours later than I usually get up anyway, so I don't mind.

Yes, I've noticed you're usually up at 'sparrow farts'.
Me, I tend to wake up super-early too, but then take a tablet and read my book until it kicks in and I'm back sleeping and having more vivid dreams than nighttime ones.

That happened to me this morning. I woke up early at 1.10am and couldn't get back to sleep, so I caught up with the contents of the bathroom reading caddy. At the bottom was a supplement from last November. And when I'd finished that, I went back to sleep 3.50-5.50am and had funky dreams.

I've been vaccinated!
It was very strange seeing the doctor's surgery a hive of activity at 8.45 Sunday morning.

I have also been vacccinated.
It was at the mosque/Muslamic community centre on Acklam Road.
It was an colossal anticlimax.
I was expecting a giant syringe like for cattle and then all party poppers and confetti.
Instead all I felt was a small pr*ck.

It was one of the two twin surgeries by the Thai restaurant just down the hill from the big Catholic church. Less than a mile from your own chosen jabberie.
